Core Guide Media S.R.L. (hereinafter, «Core-guide-media», «we» or «our») respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal data you provide to us. This policy explains how we collect, use and safeguard your information when you visit core-guide-media.com or subscribe to our educational communications.
1. Data we collect
We collect only the data strictly necessary to deliver our informational services: name and email address when you subscribe to our newsletter, together with technical browsing data (anonymised IP address, browser type, pages visited) through analytical cookies.
2. Purpose of processing
We use your data exclusively to send you the newsletter you requested, respond to your enquiries and improve the quality of our educational content. We do not sell, rent or share your information with third parties for commercial purposes.
3. Legal basis
Processing is carried out on the basis of your express consent, given when you submit the subscription form, in accordance with Bolivian Law No. 164 on Telecommunications and the applicable data-protection regulations.
4. Retention
We keep your data for as long as your subscription remains active. If you unsubscribe, your personal data is removed from our active lists within a maximum of 30 calendar days, unless we are legally required to retain it.

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and objection at any time by writing to privacidad@core-guide-media.com. We will respond to your request within 15 business days at the latest.
